- The £1,000 deposit reserves the surgery slot. The consultation with Professor Lee always happens before any surgery is performed — that step is non-negotiable and is built into the package. Booking online just secures your place in the diary so you are not waiting weeks for an initial slot.
- What happens if I am not suitable for hip replacement?
- If Professor Lee determines hip replacement is not the right option for you, you receive a full refund of your deposit minus the consultation fee. Where appropriate, we discuss non-surgical alternatives at the same appointment.
- Can I book a bilateral (both hips) replacement online?
- No. Bilateral cases need a more involved clinical conversation and are not bookable online. Book a free discovery call instead and we will walk you through the options.
- How quickly can I have surgery?
- Surgery dates are typically available within weeks, not months. The exact lead time depends on the consultation outcome and any imaging or pre-operative work needed.
