How does the booking process work?
Once you are on the pathway, our team confirms your surgery date and the collection time for the car service. You receive the practical arrangements in writing before the day, so you and your family know exactly when the car will arrive and where you are going.
Is a companion welcome to travel with me?
Yes. Travelling with a family member or companion is welcome and we encourage it, particularly for the journey home after discharge. Please mention this when arrangements are confirmed so we can plan for it.
What do I need to arrange myself?
Your hospital stay, surgery, and the door-to-door car service are included. You arrange the small things on either end — packing what you need for an overnight stay, organising help at home in the first days after surgery, and any travel for non-surgery-day appointments at the Lincolnshire clinics.
What happens if my surgery date changes?
If your operation is rescheduled, the luxury car service is rebooked to the new date as part of the same arrangement. There is no separate fee or booking on your side.
