Your plan, paced to you
Your post-op physiotherapy plan is shaped around the surgical approach Professor Lee used, your current strength and mobility, and your individual goals. Early sessions usually focus on safe movement, gradual weight bearing and pain control. Later sessions add strength, range of motion, balance and the practical activities that matter to your life.
Because the sessions are unlimited, your physiotherapist is not having to ration them against a fixed cap. If your recovery slows down for any reason, more sessions are added; if you progress quickly, sessions can spread out without leaving you short later.
Your plan is reviewed alongside Professor Lee’s follow-up appointments so any changes are clinically informed.
